Jawatan Kosong Operation Officer - Project Management in Kota Kinabalu

Job Requirement:-

1. Male

2. With 1 to 2 years of working experience will be an advantage

3. Preferably non-muslim

4 Candidate with STPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Job Description:-

1. Reporting to the Operation Manager and Operation Executive.

2. Work collaboratively with the project manager, Operation Executive and the team to maximize productivity.

3. Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle

4. Execute tasks in timely manners according to procedure and schedules and see that deadlines are met.

5. Coordinate efforts within the team and with stakeholders efficiently.

6. Report updates verbally and in written form to the Operation Executive.

7. Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and emails.

8. Demonstrate commitment to stakeholders' needs and confidentiality continuously.

9. Write letters and send them to appropriate bodies, and receive incoming mails

10. Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management

11. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to operations.

12. Analyze operational data and provide insights to the Operation Executive for decision-making.

13. Provide support to other departments when operational input is needed.

14. Carry out any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
