Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Specialist in Kulim

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the accounting team to ensure the warehouse receiving, shipping and inventory account input into the system timely and accurately.

2. Improve the accounting process, check the accounting operation standards, ensure that the accounting is consistent with the inventory.

3. Cooperate with Finance Department to investigate inventory discrepancies.

4. Summarize warehouse related report(weekly, monthly) according to regulations, and provide the required data to relevant personnel timely and accurately.

5. Cooperate with warehouse to arrange the inventory work, to ensure the consistency of account and inventory, ensure the smooth implementation of inventory.

6. Responsible for summary of monthly profit and loss statement and its root causes analysis.

7. Responsible for the preparation of warehouse bill of document and its keep, issuing, retraction, inspection and verification etc.

8. Responsible for office 5S management

9. Train the team members accounting operation skills

10. Implement hazard source identification, environmental factor identification and risk assessment control work; implement safety, environment and occupational health policies; cooperate with accident and incident report, investigation and handling.

11. Other tasks assigned by leader

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

2. Over 2 year(s) of working experience in statistics and accounting management for this position.

3. Good command of computer knowledge including ERP system, MS Windows applications and MS office，skilled in MS excel is a plus.

4. Good command of communication and strong learning ability and be able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
