DM Mobile Telecommunications SDN BHD Job Vacancies Jun 2026

Responsibilities:

• Lead process development activities including parameter optimisation, verification, and process improvement to meet project targets.
• Support technical knowledge transfer and handover to operations team.
• Prepare and maintain process-related documents such as PFMEA, DFMEA, Process Specification, Control Plan, and technical reports.
• Work closely with suppliers for tooling, machine, and material qualification activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement new process technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
• Knowledge in material science, chemical engineering, and Design of Experiment (DOE).

Pay: Up to RM11,000.00 per month
