Jawatan Kosong ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER in Putrajaya

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Teamwork: Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Learning Attitude: Eager to gain new knowledge and develop skills, particularly in the Takaful and financial services industry.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focus: A passion for helping clients and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Team Management: Assist in managing a team of Takaful Advisors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
• Client Engagement: Support advisors in client meetings, providing expertise on Takaful products and services, and ensuring clients receive accurate and comprehensive advice.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the sales performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service to clients.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide insights that will help drive sales and product development.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future growth.

Benefit: Commission up to RM5,000-RM20,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
