### *Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behavior.

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Assess and monitor children's progress and development.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the kids care program.

### *Qualifications:*

- Minimum SPM qualification; candidates with a Certificate in Education are preferred.

- Previous experience in a preschool or kids care environment is a plus.

- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.

- Familiarity with preschool education practices.

- Proficiency in teaching one of the main languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, or Chinese.

- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
