Jawatan Kosong Assistant Accounts Manager in Miri

Responsibilities & Duties

• Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
• Manage clients accounts and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients to gather and provide information
• Generate reports on billing activity and trends
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide support to the accounting and finance teams as needed
• Handling clients' inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting other departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferable : Experience with SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
