Jawatan Kosong Admin Officer in Melaka

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location of Project: Titian Hasrat
Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (3 Months)

Job responsibilities :

• Managing office operations: Overseeing general office activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Providing administrative support: Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the office calendar.
• Maintaining records and files: Organizing and maintaining documents, records, and office supplies.
• Assisting with financial tasks: Supporting finance teams with invoicing and expense tracking.
• Coordinating meetings and events: Planning and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Handling correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring proper communication within the office.
• Preparing reports and documents: Creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Supporting HR: Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Managing office supplies: Ensuring that office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
• Other tasks: Depending on the specific role, administrators may also be responsible for data entry, managing databases, or providing support for other departments.

Skills and qualifications:
