Jawatan Kosong Graduate Engineer - Business Development and Marketing Executive in Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer who is passionate about building a career in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen interest in either sales or contracts management, and a willingness to engage in various tasks to support the company’s growth. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain exposure to multiple aspects of the industry and develop essential skills for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Lead Generation:

- Conduct research on oil and gas business platforms to identify upcoming opportunities, potential projects, and clients.

- Engage in cold calling and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities.

2. Sales and Marketing Support:

- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals on NDT and inspection services provided by EWF.

- Support and administer marketing initiatives to promote the company’s services and capabilities.

- Prepare slides, presentations, and other marketing materials to enhance client engagement and business development efforts.

3. Content Creation and Social Media Management:

- Create Engaging Content: Develop and post content for social media platforms to promote the company's NDT services. This includes educational posts, behind-the-scenes content, client testimonials, and interactive content.

- -Manage Social Media Channels: Regularly update and manage social media channels to enhance client engagement and attract potential clients. Monitor social media activity, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience to build a positive online presence.

- Develop Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns to highlight special projects, industry news, and company achievements, aligning with marketing strategies to boost visibility and engagement.

4. Contracts Management Assistance:

- Assist the contracts team with the preparation and submission of RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and tenders.

- Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documentation and correspondence.

5. Vendor and CRM Management:

- Register new vendors and manage the vendor database to support procurement and contracting activities.

- Track sales and operational forecasts and reports for management review.

- Manage the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and project information.

6. Inter-Departmental Liaison:

- Act as a liaison between departments before and after project awards to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

- Facilitate the flow of information and collaboration across departments to support project execution and client satisfaction.

7. Professional Development:

- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge of the oil and gas industry, sales strategies, and contracts management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field).

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with content creation and social media management is preferred.

- Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales or contracts management within the oil and gas industry.

- Willingness to engage in cold calling and follow up with leads to develop new business opportunities.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Must be willing to start immediately.
