Jawatan Kosong Registered Staff Nurse in Kangar

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Registered Staff Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is responsible, patient-centered, and capable of delivering high-quality nursing care in a clinical setting. This role involves both clinical and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with clinic policies and medical guidelines.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings.
• Assist doctors during consultations, minor procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication usage, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance.
• Manage inventory and prepare medical supplies as needed.
• Participate in infection control and safety protocols.
• Support in emergency situations and ensure proper triage and response.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Malaysia Nursing Board (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia).
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (Fresh graduates may also apply depending on clinic requirements).
• Basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays if required.
• Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
