ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Trainer Assistant, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting trainers in delivering, assessing, and evaluating training programs to maintain high standards.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and keeping records of training facilities and equipment.
• Ensuring the presentability and functionality of facilities and reporting any issues promptly.
• Continuously sharing knowledge and staying updated on changes in the industry.
• Building competencies to provide backup support as needed.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with participants, colleagues, and visitors.
• Upholding the company’s reputation and values.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or related fields.
• Occupational experience in firefighting and familiarity with helicopter emergency response or offshore helicopter operations.
• Certification as a Professional in Training or classroom training experience
• Strong teamwork skills with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other digital tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
