Jawatan Kosong Account Assistant in Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform data entry and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.
• Handle management of petty cash, including disbursements, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist in payroll processing and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors and other financial professionals as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

We believe in nurturing talent, and we're looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Junior and Senior position available.
