• Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda Kepujian yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan daripada Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya; dan
• Memperolehi Kepujian (sekurang-kurangnya Gred C) (termasuk Ujian Lisan) dalam subjek Bahasa Melayu pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.
• Keutamaan diberikan kepada calon-calon yang mempunyai asas dalam "Asset Accounting" dan sekurang-kurangnya satu (1) tahun pengalaman sebagai Pegawai Tadbir/Penolong Pendaftar di Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi sama ada di IPTS, IPTA atau agensi yang relevan.
• Bertanggungjawab kepada pengendalian, penyeliaan, mengawal, merancang serta merekod setiap aset universiti berdasarkan tatacara kewangan dan perakaunan (TKP) yang ditetapkan serta prosedur operasi standard (SOP) dan tugas-tugas jabatan yang berkaitan.
