Responsibility:

• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
• Continually educate employees on company policies
• Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
• Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
• Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
• Process monthly staff claims and leaves
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
• Maintain and well organize of filing
• To assist in all the administrative tasks
• To perform ad hoc task as and when required

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Preferred language(s): English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
- Must have 3 years above experience as Human Resource.
