Responsibilities

In the execution of this role, the following duties and responsibilities are expected:

• Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies:

~You’ll create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

~These strategies may involve product launches, brand positioning, and market penetration.

• Analysing Market Trends and Customer Needs:

~Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.

~Use this information to adapt marketing approaches and identify growth opportunities.

• Managing Marketing Campaigns:

~Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).

~Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed.

• Overseeing the Marketing Budget:

~Responsible for allocating resources effectively.

~Ensure that marketing initiatives stay within budget constraints.

• Developing Pricing Strategies:

~Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal pricing for products or services.

~Balance profitability with market competitiveness.

• Evaluating Campaign Effectiveness:

~Measure the impact of marketing efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).

~Make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign outcomes.

• Creating and Managing Marketing Plans:

~Develop detailed plans for product launches, seasonal promotions, or special events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or biotechnology sector, will be favoured.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Passion for advancing health and well-being through science.
• Ability to converse, write, and otherwise communicate using the 3 main languages of Malaysia is a definite MUST.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
