Jawatan Kosong Building Technician in Kuala Lumpur

Keperluan/Tanggungjawab:

• Menjalankan pemeriksaan rutin bangunan dan peralatan untuk mengenal pasti dan menyelesaikan isu.
• Lakukan tugas penyelenggaraan seperti HVAC, paip, elektrik dan pembaikan pertukangan.
• Diagnosis sistem, radas dan komponen yang tidak berfungsi untuk mengenal pasti punca kerosakan dan membetulkan masalah.
• Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan untuk memastikan projek siap tepat pada masanya.

Kelayakan:

• Berpengalaman dalam JuruTeknik Bangunan atau serupa dengannya.
• Berkemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan analisis yang kuat.
• Berkeupayaan untuk bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam satu pasukan
• Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah dan rekod pemanduan yang bersih (GDL&PSV diutamakan)

Waktu kerja:

• Isnin - Jumaat: 8 pagi - 5 petang
• Sabtu: 8 pagi - 12 tengah hari
• Ahad: Rehat

Gaji:

• RM 2,000 - RM 3,000 sebulan
