Jawatan Kosong Assistant Manager, Property Management in Johor Bahru

Policy and Process Improvement:

• Periodically review and update policies and systems to ensure relevancy and improve property management processes.
• Initiate necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Building Services and Budget Management:

• Ensure building services meet required standards while keeping expenses within budget.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, highlighting expense variances.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.

Tenant and Supplier Relations:

• Develop and maintain strong communication and relationships with tenants and suppliers.
• Coordinate improvement and upgrading works to meet tenant requirements.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance:

• Enforce and monitor work programs to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Manage ad-hoc projects, including building infrastructure upgrades, ensuring maintainability and operational needs are met.

Team Management and Safety Culture:

• Oversee a team of technicians, ensuring effective maintenance and repair operations.
• Promote a safety-first culture by driving safe work practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
