Jawatan Kosong PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND ADMIN CLERK in Ipoh
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes as and when needed
  • Help with daily time management/appointment/booking
  • Run errands as requested/send goods/documents and etc
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Drive and drop within the town vicinity
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • reminding the person in charge of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • collating and filing expenses
  • must possess own transport (car)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,499.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
