Jawatan Kosong SALESMAN in Melaka

We are looking for Salesmen in 4 different areas:

Northern Region (Working hybrid in Penang, Kedah & Northern Perak)

Central Region (Working hybrid in Klang Valley)

East Coast Region (Working hybrid in Kelantan & Terengganu)

Southern Region (Working hybrid in Melaka & Johor)

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a dynamic Salesman to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in retail outlets within your assigned region, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and reporting to your immediate superior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new retail outlets.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for your region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and existing outlets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address issues promptly.
• Visit outlets to check stock levels and product displays.
• Submit regular sales reports to your superior and keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities and provide feedback on marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels at retail outlets and coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely payments and collections.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate efficiently in English and Malay
• Results driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goals driven, customer-oriented, proactive
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region, having valid driver's license and possess own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
