OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Job Vacancies Jun 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQ issuance, quotation analysis, negotiation, and purchase order (PO) placement
• Lead and support sourcing activities for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with global/category sourcing strategies
• Evaluate supplier quotations based on cost, quality, lead time, and commercial terms to ensure optimal sourcing decisions
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative supply sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Finance) to support new product introduction (NPI) and material readiness
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality metrics, and responsiveness
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and participate in annual price negotiations and contract reviews
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, audit requirements, and ethical sourcing standards
• Support supplier risk management and escalation resolution for supply disruptions or quality issues

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
• Typically 4–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within an MNC or manufacturing environment
• Strong experience in RFQ management, supplier negotiation, and cost analysis
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing principles and supplier relationship management
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and procurement tools
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional environment
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or industrial sectors is an advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
