Jawatan Kosong Demi Chef in Kepala Batas

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook daily menu items according to the company’s SOP, recipe standards and quality requirements.

2. Assist the Kitchen Lead with daily food preparation, ingredient handling and kitchen workflow.

3. Maintain food quality in terms of taste, portioning, plating and presentation before serving to customers.

4. Ensure the kitchen section is clean, organized and follows food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

5. Monitor ingredient usage and inform the Kitchen Lead when stock is low or needs replenishment.

6. Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining food quality and service speed.

7. Follow instructions from the Kitchen Lead and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

8. Handle kitchen equipment properly and minimize wastage of ingredients.

Requirements:

* Experience in restaurant, café, kopitiam or F&B kitchen operations.

* Knowledge or experience in local/Malay cuisine is preferred.

* Able to follow SOP, recipes and kitchen instructions.

* Good teamwork, discipline and responsibility.

* Able to work under pressure during busy hours.

* Good hygiene practice and positive working attitude.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
