Jawatan Kosong District Manager Penang in Kuching

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of work experience in Logistic Industry, with experience in managing a couple of branches.
• Preferably in logistics
• Good communication and leadership skills
• 6 working days
• Able to communicate in Mandarin via Writing and Speaking.

Responsibility

• Manage 4- 8 logistic branches around the area required / assigned.
• Manage the parcel and cash processing, disbursement and day-to-day routing.
• Manage transportation / distribution routes of branches and solve problems during transportation for maximum efficiency.
• Manage communication with customers and related people in all communication channels.
• Responsible for ensuring customer information is accurate.
• Check the records and reports of the day / week / month to ensure the delivery time is met.
• Analyze the problem and performance and to propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for the daily earnings summary report and examining the financial system within the branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.
• Supervise employees (Couriers to Branch Supervisor ) in terms of scheduling, provide adequate support for the resources used in the work so that employees can work efficiently.
• Oversee the whole team in training subordinates to ensure efficient operation and availability for migration in the future.
• Perform work and other projects as assigned by area manager.
