Jawatan Kosong Admin Executive in Batu Kawan

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing public & inhouse training programs.
• Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling the training room, and arranging necessary equipment & training notes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training report.
• Coordinate to arrange food & beverage menu for participate
• Submission of document for application / quotation / invoices
• Any tasks which maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management with minimum of one year experiences
• Fresh Degree Holder with Business or any field related.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Design Tools : Presentation , video , Social Media / Canva will be added advantage
