Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial accounts functions.
• Perform administrative duties and mainly support for Admin and Account department.
• Ensure timely recording of data entries into accounting system.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation & bookkeeping.
• Process business transactions including issuing cheques, updating AP, AR, GL, etc.
• Liaise with auditors & tax advisors.
• Support audit and tax queries.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, etc.
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification & experience in accounting line.
• Well-versed in MS Office & Autocount software.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Strong time management skills & proactive in work with willing-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy & efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
