As a Collection Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and resolving overdue accounts while providing excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to collect outstanding debts in a timely manner while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debt Collection:
• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans.
• Account Management:
• Review and analyze customer accounts to determine the best approach for collection.
• Update customer information and account status in the database accurately.
• Customer Interaction:
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to outstanding debts professionally.
• Provide information on payment options and financial assistance programs.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all collection practices comply with relevant laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Reporting:
• Track and report on collection progress and account status.
• Prepare regular reports for management on collection activities and outcomes.
