JANNAHNOE EMPIRE SDN BHD Job Vacancies Jun 2026

• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating the job description, posting the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing to on-boarding the new hires.
• Managing an efficient system for personnel files to ensure the employee database is updated in a timely manner.
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure all statutory submissions and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee and managing the employee's benefit administration such as leave administration, medical and insurance benefits, employee welfare and claims submission.
• Work closely with the department heads to understand the employee training needs and managing the training administration and grant application.
• Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercise, salary review and employee career progression update.
• Review and streamline the HR processes and policy for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labor Laws and related statutory requirements.
• Participate in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Any job or responsibility assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or any equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Able to work under minimal supervision and cooperative (Work in a team).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
