ECS FACILITY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD Jobs Jun 2026

Job Description:

• To manage, supervise and monitor maintenance and administration staff.
• Co-ordination of common area rectification works.
• Ensure timely renewal of license, permits and service contracts & etc.
• Maintain good rapport with owners/residences.
• To attend all correspondence related matters such as response to owner letters, email and issuance of notices & etc.
• Verify all sub-contractor time-sheet and necessary documents.
• Ensure of preventive maintenance schedule for all M&E installations, CCTV system, card access system, etc in a place.
• To ensure that owners/residents adhere to the House Rules.
• To run credit control/defaulters
• Any ad-hoc assignment/task given by superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
