Jawatan Kosong District Trainer Beauty - Johor & Melaka in Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Coaching

• Conduct Beauty Advisor In-Store Support Trainingto enhance the makeup artistry, product knowledge, selling, and customer service skills aligning with sales cycles and training priorities.
• Coach Beauty Advisors at the Point of Sale (POS) to ensure product knowledge is updated, sales pitches are effective, and execution of the brand's Art of Selling is enhanced.

Training Needs Analysis & Planning

• Identify training needs, and customize the existing training material to fit the local context, and enhance the content as needed.
• Support training projects, including identifying regional training needs, conducting evaluation analysis, updating training programs, and developing action plans for training and coaching.
• Identify and provide feedback on future training needs, and assist in maintaining and managing training equipment, props and materials.

Retail Support

• Provide retail support, and participate in events, product launches, and store openings while working as a Beauty Advisor at the base store as required.
• Provide feedback regarding Visual Merchandising placements when there are seasonal changes and new Re-fit (Gondolas, Wall Units, Product Placements) to ensure visual displays are professional.
• Be the example for the Company & Brands’ beauty standards by complying with the policies regarding e.g. customer service expectations, dress code, and professional standards.
• Any other tasks and projects assigned by the suerior / company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in retail, including 1-2 years as a trainer in skincare and/or cosmetics, with core knowledge of related products.
• Preferably, a Senior Executive specializing in Personal Care, Beauty, Retail Service, or equivalent.
• Willing to travel & stay overnight (Southern Region - Johor & Melaka).
• Extensive training experience, including delivery and coaching for detailing and sales growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, along with effective leadership and people management abilities.
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and strong team-spirited.
• Proficient in presentation and strong verbal/written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
