Jawatan Kosong Procurement Non-Executive in Labuan

Procurement Non-Executive

Preferably SABAH / LABUAN / SARAWAK CANDIDATES

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and develop strategic sourcing to optimise costs without compromising on quality.
• Implement supplier management and evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, reliability and lead time.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers, addressing issues and ensuring performance meets expectations
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
• Able to arrange the logistic of goods from suppliers to clients.
• Ensure items purchased have proper documentation for declaration.
• Imputing, maintaining and storing data in procurement related tools and application.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures
• Analyse pricing proposals and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and control procurement budgets to optimize spending
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Stay informed about changes in procurement regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Generate and analyse reports related to procurement activities, providing insights for decision-making.

Requirement and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or a related role, with a strong understanding of procurement principles.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Attention to detail.
• Preferably with experience in procurement (1-2 years)
