Jawatan Kosong RESERVATION ASSISTANT in Ipoh

Job Description :

1. Responsible for all communication in and out.

2. Processes reservation by email, telephone, or by channel manager (STAAH)

3. Processes reservation from the sales department, other hotel departments and travel agents

4. Take down and relay messages.

5. Guest services, providing exceptional customer service.

6. Call routing and transfers.

7. Assisting reservation on booking and cancellation.

8. Administrative tasks.

9. Used proper telephone etiquette.

10. Aware on FNB movement and hotel’s daily activities.

11. Handling email.

12. Assist in managing group booking

13. Communicates reservation information to the front desk

Requirements :

• Possess at least SPM and with at least 1 year relevant experience. Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
• Able to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Has initiative and sense of ownership in getting things done.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
