Jawatan Kosong Full Time Service Crew/Barista in Ipoh

1. Greeting, and welcoming customers in a courteous and friendly manner

2. To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions

3. Introducing products to customers/assisting customers in product inquiry

4. Handling customer request in a prompt manner

5. Takes order from customer accurately

6. Handling the payment and change accurately

7. Ensure the daily sales are tele

8. Ensure equipment are handled properly and cleaned after use

9. Ensure all utensils, machines, floors, table clothes, tables and chairs are cleaned daily

10. Checking stock of products and ensuring proper stock levels and rotation.

11. Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged and delivered to the customer in a timely manner

12. Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.

13. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

· At least 1 year(s) working experiences in related field.

· Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Skills:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Pleasant personality.

· Excellent in follow up and detailed oriented.
