Step:

  1. Mix meat,eggs, thyme, tomato paste, bread crumbs, washyoursister sauce 1/4 cup ketchup or bbq, and SPG together

  2. Saute garlic, onion in oil add to meat mixture

  3. Form meat mixture to giant meatballs and place in muffin pan brush with bbq sauce top with bacon

  4. Grill INDIRECT @320 for 1hr 15min till (150-160 internal) serve with sides over gravy

  1. 2 lb ground pork
  2. 2 lb ground Beef
  3. Bacon
  4. 1 Onion
  5. Olive oil
  6. 3 cloves garlic
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1/2 tsp thyme
  9. 3 tbls tomato paste
  10. 3 tablespoons spg
  11. 1/2 cup bread crumb
  12. 3 tbls Washyoursister sauce
  13. 1/4 c ketchup/bbq sauce
