Step:

  1. Cream A until fluffy.

  2. Add C to A in batches using the slowest speed of your mixture. Fold using wooden spatula after the first batch.

  3. Add B. Mix well. Steam at high heat for 10 mins - if using few small steamers (450sq) or 35mins for 99 steamer.

  4. For topping - cream D (EXCEPT Cheddar Cheese Block) using blender. Pour over cake. Then top with Grated cheddar cheese block. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Note: i made this for friends so i sliced my cake into small and thin pieces to fit my plastic containers then top them with melted cheese & grated cheese.

  1. A Cream together until fluffy
  2. 5 eggs
  3. 1 tbsp ovallette
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. B 5 tbsp melted butter or 1/4 C cooking oil
  6. C sift together
  7. 2 C (200 g) flour
  8. 1 tsp cream of tartar
  9. 1 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
  11. D Topping - Melted Cheess
  12. 1 cheese tube (500g)
  13. 3/4 Can condensed milk (1 1/4 C)
  14. 1 C whipping dairy
  15. 1/4 C fresh milk
  16. Cheddar Cheese Block (refrigerated)
