Firstly you have to open the biscuit packet and stick 2-2 biscuits with the help of jam.
Melt your chocolate with a double boiler method or can microwave it(process of melting chocolate in previous slides).
Dip the half portion of joined biscuits in melted chocolate then sprinkle immediately few sprinklers on it..make all the chocolate cookies with the same process.
Place a butter paper on a tray or a big plate and spread the chocolate covered biscuits on it.
Keep it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set completely.
Keep out of the fridge and remove the biscuits from butter paper.
Your choco jam cookies without cooking process(no heat) r done..store in an airtight container or cover with fancy paper.
Can gift to your loved ones or serve to family and kids.
