Step:

  1. Wash, cut and boil potatoes in salted water. I like to leave the skin on but peel if you wish. When just cooked, drain and leave to cool

  2. Add onion and cucumber. Add my caesar salad dressing and mix

  3. Crumble some feta on top

  4. Add boiled eggs if you fancy or even croutons. Keep in fridge until ready to serve :)

  1. Enough potatoes for everyone
  2. Half a cucumber, deeded and sliced
  3. 1 red onion sliced
  4. 80 g or so of feta cheese
  5. Fluffy's caesar salad dressing (see recipe)
  6. Boiled egg to serve - optional
