Potatoes con Sazn

Preheat oven to 375F.Wash and cut 4 potatoes (I used russet) into wedge pieces and place into large bowl

Add olive oil, packet of sazn and salt to the potatoes. Toss until potatoes are coated.

Place on lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 min, flip then bake of another 10 min.

Assemble: potatoes, sour cream, diced tomatoes and chopped green onion. (You can add cheese, and even browned ground beef to make it a complete meal.. they're delish!
