Step:

  1. Beat the eggs with a little bit of salt and pepper, add 1 tbs of fresh milk, mixed them well

  2. Pour the mixture of eggs into the frying pan that have already been added by a little bit of oil, and make it into a scramble egg

  3. Make sure the egg is not overly cooked or about 80% cooked for it will be used for the next process, and then set aside

  4. Back into the pan, pour a little bit of oil and saut the chopped garlic untill it fragrance

  5. Then add the pork sausage, saut until the color a bit change, add in tomatoes, saut until the texture a bit soften, and finally the scrambled egg

  6. Start to put some seasonings such as the chicken stock powder, pepper, sugar and sesame oil

  7. Stir all the ingredients until all mixed and simmer until the water a bit absorbed

  8. Then add chopped chives and sliced leek, stir a bit

  9. Turn off the heat, serve the dish on plate and garnish it with fried shallot on top

  3. 1 chinese pork sausage (cut into slices) (optional)
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. 1 tbs chicken stock powder
  6. 1 tsp sesame oil
  7. 1-2 tbs sugar
  8. 1 tbs fresh milk
  9. salt and pepper
  10. chives
  11. leek
  12. fried shallot
