Beans and yam pudding with onion sauce

Pick beans to remove stones,peel yam,wash,set aside...wash beans and boil, add lil seasoning,when half done,add yam,cook both till soft... Add salt if needed

Wash ginger and onions,thinly slice onions,shred ginger,heat up Palm oil on medium heat,add onion and ginger,pepper, stir fry till crispy, remove from heat...top on beans and yam pudding...
