Step:

  1. Prepare the prawns by removing the head and cutting down the spine from top to tail. Remove vein. Wash and dry. Heat oil in a pan. Add prawns and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika

  2. Turn the prawns, sprinkle with more paprika and cook for another couple of mins. Add wine and let it evaporate, finish on medium to high heat

  3. Cook until dry, add lemon juice
