Step:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and all ingredients in it and mix them well. Add water as per your requirement and knead a tight dough. Keep the dough covered and aside for 15 minutes.

  2. Heat the oil/ghee in a frying pan. Divide the dough in small quantities and roll them into puris.

  3. Once you feel oil heated put the rolled puris in it and fry it till tge turn golden brown. Serve them hot with white chanas, onions and green chillies.

  2. 1 boiled potato (mashed)
  3. 1/2 spoon ajwain
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 spoon ghee
  6. as needed Water
  7. as needed Oil/ghee for frying
