Step:

  1. Mix smashed potato, capsicum,garlic, cheese, capsicum, chilli flakes, pizza masala & salt. Keep aside sesame & stuffing.

  2. Mix maida,corn flour salt,schezwan sauce & water as needed to make thick slurry.

  3. Now make thick layer of potatoes stuffing apply slurry on it and sprinkle sesame all over and fry till sesame turns light brown & crispy.

Ingredients

  1. 7 Round cut wheat bread slices
  2. 1 big potato boiled & mashed
  3. 3 -tbsp finely chopped tricolor capsicum
  4. 1 onion finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp grated garlic paste
  6. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  7. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  8. 1 tsp pizza masala
  9. As needed Salt
  10. For slurry:-
  11. 2 tsp Maida
  12. 2 tsp corn flour
  13. 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  14. as needed Salt
  15. 1/2 cup white sesame
  16. as needed Tomato ketchup
