Fish roll

In a bowl sieve the flour and add butter to incorporate them

Add egg and water to form a sticky dough then keep aside

Prepare the fish by boiling,debone the fish then add chopped onions and peppers,add seasoning and mix

Bring out the dough and cut into pieces then roll using a pin,add the filling starting from the edge then fold gently

In a hot oil,fry untill golden brown
