Step:

  1. First take batter in a large mixing bowl

  2. Add all chopped veggies,ginger green Chilies mix well

  3. Add salt and cumin seeds,heat appe pan sprinkle oil on pan

  4. Pour batter in appe mould and cover the pan on low heat now turn this appe and cook without cover

  5. Ready to serve with coconut chutney

Ingredients

  1. 5 cup idli batter
  2. 1 cup finely chopped cabbage, carrots, onions
  3. 2 tsp ginger green Chilies paste
  4. 2 tsp chopped coriander
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. to taste Salt
  7. Oil for shallow fry
