Step:

  1. Boil the sweet potatoes in water with salt until they are cooked through

  2. Add 2 cups water to pan and bring to boil. Pour in the 1 cup milk

  3. Once milk boiled add tea bag contents and the ground cardamom

  4. Simmer for 5 minutes

  5. Sieve the tea into a tea pot or cup and serve with the sweet potatoes
