Step:

Wash Potatoes if required, then slice in half, dropping them into a bowl.
Drizzle about 2-3 tablespoons of Basil Oil over the Potatoes. Add a good sprinkle of the Two Salts, plus the Black Pepper. Mix well with the back of a spoon, or as I did, with your hands.
Tip onto an oven tray and bake in the top of the medium hot oven for about 20-40 minutes, depending on size.
Enjoy hot or cold!!
