Step:

  1. Seive both flours, add salt, butter, baking powder and soda.

  2. Add curd and mix well. Then bind dough with milk, add require amount of water and prepare smooth dough.

  3. Give rest for 30min to an hour.

  4. Knead it with oil till firm and smooth. Do 8-10 small balls, and roll with rolling pin, thin or minor thick, and prepare naan. Heat earthen tawa keeping it upside down, spread some water and put that part on tawa while it's hot. When bubbles come upon and leave the sides then cook that on open flame as shown.

  5. Remove from tawa and spread butter or oil on it. Serve hot with any of the sabji or daal..

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup plain flour/maida
  2. 3/4 cup wheat flour
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 1 tbsp clarified butter/ghee
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 tsp backing soda
  7. 2 tbsp curd
  8. 1/2 cup milk
  9. as needed Luck warm water
  10. 1 tsp oil for kneading dough
  11. as needed Ghee or butter to apply on naan
