Step:

  1. Boil peel and mash potatoes

  2. Add all da ingredients

  3. Make round balls

  4. Make a thick paste using baisan and all spices/ingredients

  5. Dip kachorian in ds batter

  6. Fry on medium flame till golden

Ingredients

  1. 4 large potatoes
  2. Corriander fresh 1/2 bunch finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cup Tamrind pulp
  4. 1 tsp Khatai powder
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  7. For baisan batter
  8. 1 cup Baisan
