Step:

  1. Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions. drain.

  2. In another sauce pan, saute the onions and add in the fresh ginger garlic paste. let cook for a minute.

  3. Add in the tomato paste and tomato sauce and bring to a simmer

  4. Add in the noodles and toss

  5. Serve with mchicha
