Step:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except zucchini. Dry first, then moist.

  2. Fold in zucchini

  3. Put in greased 9x13 pan and bake for 40 min at 350. Top with sprinkled Parmesan prior to baking.

  1. 3 cup sliced zucchini
  2. 1 cup bisquick
  3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan- I use more
  4. 1 Tbs parsley
  5. 1 tsp seasoned salt
  6. 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. 1/2 tsp garlic powder - I use more
  8. 4 eggs slightly beaten
  9. 1/2 cup canola oil
  10. 1/2 diced onion
  11. to taste Pepper
