Step:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Wash and pat dry the chicken remove any feathers.

  3. Add salt inside chickens cavity. add salt to outside of chicken.

  4. Add honey to all outside of chicken. then all the other spices and parsley

  5. Add water to roaster. put into oven and roast, we added carrots about 6. roast 2-1/2 hours until done uncovered.

Ingredients

  1. 5-3/4 pound whole chicken
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1/3 cup honey
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt inside chicken
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt outside chicken
  7. 1/3 teaspoon ground turmeric
  8. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  9. 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  10. 1 tablespoon parsley
