Double fry french fries

Chop potatoes into long strips. Add to water as you finish all potatoes

Pat the potatoes dry. Add to heated oil and begin to fry

Allow potatoes to fry until they are lightly golden

Take out of the oil and set in bowl. Repeat for all potatoes

Once done return the prefried potatoes back in the oil

Fry potatoes until crisp

Take off heat, set in kitchen lined paper to keep warm as you finish the rest
